Revised Fee Schedule for Accreditation Exercises
The Permanent Secretary for Education has, under delegated authority, approved fee adjustments for accreditation services provided by HKCAAVQ for the coming financial year 2025/26 in accordance with the HKCAAVQ Ordinance (Cap. 1150). The revised fee schedule will be effective for all accreditation exercises with service agreements signed on or after 1 April 2025. The revised fee schedule and its explanatory notes effective as of 1 April 2025 will be found on the HKCAAVQ website.

Qualifications Register Facts and Figures for February 2026
The HKCAAVQ is appointed as the QR (Qualifications Register) Authority under the Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications Ordinance (Cap 592) to maintain the QR – the free web-based database carrying the qualifications recognised under the Qualifications Framework. Invitation to Tender for System Development of Hong Kong Digital Credentials Hub Project
Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic & Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) invites service providers to submit proposals for the system development of Hong Kong Digital Credentials Hub (HKDCHub) Project.
Please refer to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for details:

A briefing session will be conducted to provide interested service providers with an overview of the project requirements:
Date: 9 March 2026 (Monday)
Time: 2:30 pm
Venue: HKCAAVQ Office, 10 Siu Sai Wan Road, Chai Wan
Service providers wishing to attend should register via email (ofeliafok@hkcaavq.edu.hk) preferably on or before 6 March 2026 (Friday) to facilitate logistics arrangements.
Tender proposals must be prepared according to the guidelines provided in the RFP document and submitted on or before 13 April 2026 (Monday), 5:00pm.

HKCAAVQ Annual Report 2024/25 Published
HKCAAVQ has published its Annual Report for the year 2024/25. The Report, themed “Quality Assurance and Enhancement – Preparing for the Future”, outlines HKCAAVQ’s work and activities, including the Highlights of the Year, Operational Review, and the Financial Report, from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.

Following the conclusion of the public consultation exercise, the Manual for Institutional Review – 320 and Manual for Periodic Institutional Review – 320 have been published on the HKCAAVQ website.
