The second HKCAAVQ Roundtable of the year was held in hybrid mode at the Theatre of HKCAAVQ office on 18 September 2023.
During the presentation titled "Student Engagement; Students in Quality", Professor Sheelagh MATEAR, one of our non-local Council Members, covered topics including the roles of students in quality assurance process, concrete real-life approaches developed with or by students, and potential areas for the future development of HKCAAVQ. Apart from virtual attendees, over 30 participants joined the session physically, including HKCAAVQ’s Council Members and professional staff.
The insightful presentation by Professor MATEAR was followed by a Question-and-Answer session. Attending guests actively participated in the Q&A session by raising points of discussion on the presentation, making analysis and exchanging their ideas.
At the conclusion of the event, Professor MATEAR was presented with a souvenir by Mr Albert CHOW, Executive Director of HKCAAVQ, in recognition of her valuable contributions.
