Revised Fee Schedule for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Activities
As the appointed Assessment Authority by the Insurance Authority, the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) is pleased to offer assessment and vetting services for CPD activities. To ensure that we continue to provide high-quality services, the fee for the assessment of CPD activities will increase within 3% based on the cost recovery principle, taking effect from 1 June 2023. The revised fee schedule will be found in relevant Guidance Notes on the HKCAAVQ website after the effective date.

HKCAAVQ Honoured with Gold Award in the Web Accessibility Recognition Scheme 2022-2023
HKCAAVQ website has received its first Gold Award in the Web Accessibility Recognition Scheme 2022-2023, organised by the Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited (HKIRC) and co-organised by the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO), with the Equal Opportunities Commission as the independent advisor.   HKCAAVQ is committed to promoting digital transformation and improving service quality. In 2022, HKCAAVQ launched a newly designed website and underwent thorough revamp with adapted accessibility design in accordance with the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA requirements to enhance the usability of our web content for all users.   More about the Web Accessibility Recognition Scheme

Qualifications Register Facts and Figures for March 2023

Revised Fee Schedule for Accreditation Exercises
The Permanent Secretary for Education has, under delegated authority, approved fee adjustments for accreditation services provided by HKCAAVQ for the coming financial year 2023/24 in accordance with the HKCAAVQ Ordinance (Cap. 1150). The revised fee schedule will be effective for all accreditation exercises with service agreements signed on or after 1 April 2023. The revised fee schedule and its explanatory notes effective as of 1 April 2023 will be found on the HKCAAVQ website.

HKCAAVQ Annual Report 2021/22 published
HKCAAVQ has published its Annual Report for year 2021/22.
